We are seeking a skilled Quantity Supervisor to manage the quantity surveying aspects of our real estate projects. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality properties on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Prepare and oversee detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
- Site Monitoring: Conduct site assessments to track project progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Bid Analysis: Review subcontractor bids and contracts to guarantee competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and enhance overall project efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project costs, budget variances, and financial forecasts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
