Built Industrial is looking for experienced BIM Coordinators with expertise in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. If you have a solid background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a proven history in coordination and shop drawing preparation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) based on received Operational Information Requirements (OIR), Project Information Requirements (PIR), and Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
- Attend client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
- Collaborate with all technical office participants to ensure smooth coordination.
- Create clash reports by coordinating between all discipline Revit models using Navisworks.
- Review shop drawing sheets before submitting them to the consultant.
- Monitor model development to ensure it meets BIM standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination.
- Proficient in Revit and Navisworks software.
- Experience with 4D modeling using Synchro is a plus.
- Strong experience in coordination and preparation of shop drawings.
