We are urgently seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team for a project with Saudi Aramco in Jubail. Responsibilities
As an HSE Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Risk Assessment: Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Safety Protocols: Implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace, especially in line with ARAMCO requirements.
- Training: Providing safety training to employees, ensuring they are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
- Incident Reporting: Ensuring all accidents and incidents are documented, investigated, and corrective actions are taken.
- Compliance Monitoring: Overseeing compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including ARAMCO safety standards.
- Emergency Response: Leading emergency response efforts and ensuring all emergency equipment is available and functioning.
- Documentation: Preparing reports on safety activities and incidents and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
- Health and Fitness: Monitoring and promoting employee health and fitness to ensure they are physically fit for the job.
Qualifications
To qualify for the HSE Officer role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in ARAMCO or similar large-scale industrial projects.

- Vaccine Records
- Body Fitness Certificate
- CR (Commercial Registration)
- Recent Photograph
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of ARAMCO safety and environmental standards, as well as general HSE regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report safety concerns and incidents clearly.
