We are 2Lines Logistics, an established air cargo company headquartered in Riyadh, KSA. We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in the air cargo industry and are eager to contribute their expertise to our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage air cargo operations, ensuring efficient handling and delivery of all cargo types, including personal effects and commercial cargo.
• Coordinate airline bookings and negotiate rates while ensuring compliance with all regulations related to Dangerous Goods (DGR) and other special cargo.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on cargo status and addressing any inquiries.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to cargo operations.
• Uphold high standards of service, ensuring punctuality and honesty in all dealings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the air cargo field, regardless of the country of previous employment.
• Educational requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong command of English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and cargo handling procedures is essential.
• Candidates must be under 35 years of age if applying from outside KSA.
• Valid and transferable iqama is required for local candidates.
