- Senior Site Architect
- Senior Resident Engineer
2. Responsibilities
Senior Site Architect
- Oversee project implementation from design to completion, ensuring all architectural plans are followed precisely.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, inspect the quality of work, and address any issues related to construction and design.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain documentation on project developments, including progress, issues, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and design specifications during all phases of the project.
- Lead and mentor junior architects and collaborate with design teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
Senior Resident Engineer
- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure that all engineering work aligns with the approved plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identifying any issues or delays, and take proactive measures to solve them.
- Manage and oversee contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met during construction.
- Review and approve construction materials, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- Provide technical expertise on-site, addressing any engineering problems that arise.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Senior Site Architect
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- At least 12 years of total experience in architecture, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in UAE/Qatar.
- Proven expertise in site coordination and project management in an architectural capacity.
- Ability to interpret and work with architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is essential.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE/Qatar.
Senior Resident Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field, with at least 6 years of experience in UAE/Qatar.
- Significant experience in site management, quality control, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
- Proven experience with rotary equipment, structural work, and construction supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve engineering issues promptly.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
