We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing stores in well-known malls, specifically Levis in Marina Mall and Avenues Mall. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in retail fashion.
• Familiarity with the Kuwait retail market, particularly in malls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
