Responsibilities:

• Supervise all rigging activities to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with team members to plan and execute rigging operations effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of rigging equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Provide training and support to junior rigging staff as needed.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during rigging operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Rigging Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, safety regulations, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
