Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service for laboratory instruments and environmental monitoring systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at client sites to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Offer guidance and training to clients on the use of instruments and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure all service activities are documented and report any service-related issues to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years of Gulf experience in a similar role, with a background in laboratory instruments or environmental monitoring systems.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; ability to interact with customers and technical teams effectively.
• Education: Degree in Engineering, or related technical field is preferred.
