Responsibilities

Operations Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the car rental and facility management departments.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all operational processes.
• Manage a team, monitor performance, and handle customer relations.

Workshop In Charge/Supervisor:

• Supervise workshop activities including vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure the availability of necessary materials.
• Ensure that all vehicles are serviced according to standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the car rental or facility management industry for Operations Manager.
• Workshop In Charge/Supervisor must have experience in the garage and parts field.
• Transferable visa and valid driving license required.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic for effective communication.
