A leading Contracting Company in Kuwait is looking to hire an enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Executive/Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual (of any nationality) to join a dynamic team. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, your primary role will be generating leads, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your assigned sales area.
- Travel within the sales territory to meet with current and potential clients face-to-face.
- Exceed sales targets by promoting company services to both new and returning customers.
- Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy to increase revenue.
- Keep accurate records of customer leads, accounts, and sales data.
- Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Consultative sales skills with a strong ability to engage clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, including email and online forms.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of persistence.
- Knowledge of General Maintenance (HVAC, MEP & Civil Works) is a plus.
- Experience is not required, but the ability to learn quickly is essential.
- Results-driven with a competitive edge and a desire to exceed expectations.
