Responsibilities:

• Sales Manager:
  • Lead the sales team and drive sales growth in the plant nursery industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) for managing sales operations and customer data.
• HR Coordinator:
  • Handle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Manage government transactions and documentation in Qatar.
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance management activities.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and support employees effectively.

Qualifications:

• Sales Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the plant nursery or similar industry in the Middle East.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is required.
• HR Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Qatar, with expertise in government transactions.
  • Fluency in English and/or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
