Responsibilities:
- Sales Manager:
- Lead the sales team and drive sales growth in the plant nursery industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) for managing sales operations and customer data.
- HR Coordinator:
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage government transactions and documentation in Qatar.
- Coordinate training, development, and performance management activities.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and support employees effectively.
Qualifications:
- Sales Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the plant nursery or similar industry in the Middle East.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is required.
- HR Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Qatar, with expertise in government transactions.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
