We are looking for an experienced MEP Maintenance Engineer to manage and maintain commercial and industrial building systems in Dammam. This role involves handling electrical systems, plumbing, machine installations, CCTV, and other critical systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, industrial machinery, and CCTV systems
• Perform site visits to evaluate project needs, prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and provide cost estimates
• Develop engineering drawings and get approvals from clients and consultants
• Lead and manage the maintenance team for timely task completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues to reduce downtime
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability
• Ensure all work follows safety protocols and meets regulatory standards
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with internal teams and respond quickly to emergencies
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and proper documentation
• Look for ways to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs
• Work with contractors and service providers to maintain system performance

Qualifications

• Engineering certification with relevant experience in MEP maintenance
• Proven experience managing maintenance tasks, site surveying, BOQ preparation, and estimations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, industrial machines, and CCTV
• Skilled in preparing engineering drawings and securing client and consultant approvals
• Transferable visa with NOC required
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred

• Experience in project management or leading a maintenance team
• Knowledge of industrial regulatory requirements and safety standards
