We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Kuwait. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management.
Responsibilities
- Safety Management: Oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Training: Conduct HSE training sessions and ensure all personnel are aware of safety standards.
- Inspections: Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Incident Reporting: Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and making recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as HSE personnel, or
- High school diploma with IOSH or NEBOSH certification and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in an HSE role.
- Certification: Must have completed one or more certified HSE courses in areas such as:
- General Industry Safety
- Construction Safety
- Environmental Management
- Industrial Hygiene
- ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor
- NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSE, or equivalent certifications.
