Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the batching plant equipment efficiently.
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure the correct proportions of materials.
- Maintain high-quality standards in production and perform regular equipment checks.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in batching plant operations.
- Skills: Strong understanding of batching plant equipment and processes.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in plant operations.
- Education: Relevant technical qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
