Responsibilities

Lead Engineer (Purchasing Team)

1. Evaluate supplier offers and expedite delivery of purchase orders.
2. Manage vendor data and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
3. Handle budget planning and supplier negotiations for cost savings.

Lead Engineer (Warehouse Management Team)

1. Inspect materials and equipment for quality assurance.
2. Supervise warehouse activities and manage inventory.
3. Prepare reports and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Engineer I (Inventory Control Team)

1. Direct and analyze activities related to technical specifications.
2. Ensure product quality and safety standards for purchased materials.
3. Advise on changes to specifications based on market needs.

Engineer I (Demand Planning & Strategic Sourcing Team)

1. Conduct market analysis to enhance purchasing strategies.
2. Develop and update procurement policies and procedures.
3. Review sourcing practices and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience:
  • Lead Engineers: Minimum of 12 years in sourcing/purchasing.
  • Engineers I: Minimum of 10 years in relevant fields.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with international standards (e.g., API, ASTM).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
