Responsibilities:
- Engineers: Design, develop, and oversee construction and mechanical work to meet project specifications.
- Surveyors & Inspectors: Conduct assessments and inspections of ongoing projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- HSE Officer: Ensure the safety and well-being of workers by implementing safety protocols.
- Document Controller & Admin: Organize and manage project documents, ensuring everything is filed correctly.
- Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Laborers: Perform essential hands-on tasks to complete project milestones.
- Procurement Specialist: Manage the purchasing and supply of materials needed for the project.
- Waiters, Cleaners, Drivers: Provide essential services to support the project team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or diploma for engineering roles.
- Experience in construction, project management, or the specific trade.
- For QC Inspectors, experience in quality control and inspection processes is essential.
- Safety experience for HSE Officer candidates.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment for skilled labor positions (Electricians, Plumbers, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates with experience in construction and engineering projects will be prioritized.
