Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans that outline resources and cost allocations.
- Create and oversee project schedules, including plans for recovery and upcoming tasks.
- Allocate and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and machinery.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare invoices with necessary documentation and follow up with clients for timely approvals.
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Assist in preparing budgets and controlling project costs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among departments and with clients.
- Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements in areas like design, procurement, construction, and testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with resource loading, including managing manpower and budget allocations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- At least 4 years of experience working in GCC countries is preferred.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting systems is an advantage.
