We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with a strong background in manpower recruitment, particularly in sourcing candidates from countries like India, Philippines, Pakistan, and Nepal. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of recruitment processes and manpower management.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates from India, the Philippines, Pakistan, and Nepal for various roles.
- Job Advertisements: Design and publish local recruitment ads to attract suitable candidates.
- CV Review & Shortlisting: Review, short-list CVs, and submit a summarized list of candidates to the respective departments.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange face-to-face, video, Skype, and telephonic interviews for selected candidates.
- Offer Letters & Documentation: Prepare employment offer letters for selected candidates and guide them through the process.
- Follow-up & Visa Formalities: Coordinate with recruitment agents for medical checks, certificate attestation, and visa formalities for candidates accepting the offers.
- Employment Agreements: Prepare agreements for medically fit candidates and arrange air tickets for their travel.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Saudi experience in the manpower recruitment industry is a must.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and recruitment skills.
