The Pure Receivable Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, handling customer inquiries, posting receipts, and preparing various reports. This role is crucial to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes within our organization. Key Responsibilities

As a Pure Receivable Accountant, you will:

  1. Prepare Customer Invoices:
  • Issue invoices to customers in accordance with accounting procedures and company policies.
  • Ensure the invoices are accurate, complete, and reflect the agreed-upon terms with clients.
  1. Handle Customer Inquiries:
  • Respond to customer queries regarding billing issues, discrepancies, or payment status.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  1. Manage Accounts Receivable Ledger:
  • Keep a detailed and up-to-date ledger of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Regularly update and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  1. Post Receipts in a Timely Manner:
  • Record incoming payments promptly to maintain an accurate financial record.
  • Ensure receipts are applied correctly to the corresponding customer accounts.
  1. Prepare Receivable Aging Reports:
  • Generate monthly accounts receivable aging reports to track outstanding balances and overdue payments.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and work to resolve any issues that may delay payments.
  1. Prepare Monthly Receivable VAT Report:
  • Generate reports to comply with VAT regulations and ensure all necessary tax documentation is accurate.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure VAT is reported correctly and on time.
  1. Provide Management Support for Receivable Auditing:
  • Assist in preparing documents and reports for audits related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with internal auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial statements.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field is a must.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Iqama: The position is open only to candidates who have a transferable Saudi Iqama.
  • Location: Applicants must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
  • Eligibility: Only candidates with experience in accounts receivable and a valid, transferable Iqama will be considered. All other applications will be disregarded.
