A large and well-known company in Dammam is seeking a skilled and experienced Shift In-Charge to oversee operations involving injection molding machines. This role requires expertise in managing high-capacity molding equipment, with responsibilities ranging from troubleshooting to quality control. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in plastic materials and be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and ensure efficient workflow for injection molding machines.
• Install and dismantle molds as needed for production adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Address and resolve quality issues to maintain production standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with large-scale injection molding machines.
• Strong knowledge of plastic materials and their applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues within the molding process.
• Effective communication skills and experience in a supervisory role.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Preferred nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Pakistani.
