Marketing Coordinator

A reputable company in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing. This role is open exclusively to candidates from Kerala, India, and requires a valid Saudi driving license and a transferable Iqama. Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to perform a range of essential duties, including but not limited to:

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support their daily activities, including client communication, report preparation, and meeting scheduling.
Marketing Campaign Coordination: Help plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer inquiries and build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and promoting loyalty.
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data on campaign performance and market trends to make recommendations for future strategies.
Event and Meeting Organization: Arrange and coordinate events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase the company’s offerings and enhance brand presence.
Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and social media content, to engage the target audience effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Coordinator role should have:

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a marketing or sales-related role, with a proven ability to coordinate and support marketing initiatives.
Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
