We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves managing project plans and schedules, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and coordinating between departments and clients. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource and cost allocations.
• Create and manage project schedules, including recovery and lookahead plans.
• Allocate and optimize resources such as manpower, equipment, and machinery.
• Update and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare invoices with supporting documents and follow up with clients for approvals.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate effectively between departments and clients.
• Evaluate and implement improvements in engineering processes, including design, procurement, construction, and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in resource loading, including creating, allocating, and assigning manpower and budgeted units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in GCC countries is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability is a must.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting systems is a plus.
