1. Introduction to the Job
This is a key role in our team where the Cost Estimator will oversee the pre-bid cost estimation activities for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects. 2. Responsibilities
As a Cost Estimator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Pre-Bid Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed pre-bid cost estimates for commercial building projects, roads, and infrastructure, considering all aspects of the MEP systems.
- Analysis of Specifications and Drawings: Review project specifications, drawings, and related documents to fully understand the scope of work and identify potential cost-related risks.

- Saudi Experience: At least 3–4 years of experience in bidding for commercial projects in Saudi Arabia, specifically in MEP systems.
- Technical Skills:
