We are looking for a skilled Foreman specializing in mechanical cranes to join our maintenance team in Dammam. In this role, you will lead and support maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Train and manage maintenance teams in their daily operations within the Maintenance Department and workshops.
- Assign repair and servicing tasks to teams using the ERP job card system.
- Inspect and determine the repair needs for equipment, including necessary parts.
- Collaborate with Senior Workshop Supervisors and the Workshop Manager to estimate repair completion times.
- Provide hands-on support and mentorship to technical teams in asset repairs.
- Conduct inspections of crane systems before and after hire.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in crane maintenance.
- High School Diploma is required; a Heavy Equipment Certificate is a plus.
- Proven skills in repairing crane systems, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics (electrical schematics preferred).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
