Responsibilities

- Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate construction efforts.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, report on project status, and resolve any technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer, specifically in high-rise residential projects.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proven leadership experience in managing on-site teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction codes and safety regulations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
