Green Roots Contracting Company (Plantira) is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for immediate transfer. We are a reputable company with a strong standing in the industry, and we are looking for candidates who are locally available in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review bid proposals, quotations, and technical documents related to hardscape and civil works.
- Supervise the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are executed correctly.
- Initiate material and work inspection requests on-site.
- Conduct and facilitate meetings with project stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Develop and submit method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Prepare and submit tender packages, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Create technical presentations for clients and consultants.
- Develop project work schedules.
- Be willing to work on-site at various project locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registration with the Saudi Engineering Council.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Aramco standards and international standards such as ISO, ASTM, and SBC is a plus.
- Knowledge of quantity estimates, cost analysis, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender processes.
- Understanding of procurement processes and vendor/supplier relations.
- Must have a locally transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.
- Technically oriented with strong coordination skills.
