Job Overview
As a CAFM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. Your expertise will help optimize our asset management and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CAFM system, including dashboards, workflows, and reports.
- Develop monthly and weekly reports on asset performance and maintenance activities.
- Create and implement an annual program for statutory inspections to ensure compliance.
- Train staff at various levels on how to effectively use the CAFM system.
- Ensure accurate data input for all assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Record and maintain asset records, adhering to PPM standards (e.g., SFG20).
- Produce performance reports to identify and improve unacceptable performance levels.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in CAFM or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of asset management processes and maintenance planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and accounting skills.
- A valid Saudi driving license.
