We are seeking an experienced CAFM Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role is critical for managing our asset management processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. We need candidates who can join immediately.

Job Overview

As a CAFM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. Your expertise will help optimize our asset management and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CAFM system, including dashboards, workflows, and reports.
• Develop monthly and weekly reports on asset performance and maintenance activities.
• Create and implement an annual program for statutory inspections to ensure compliance.
• Train staff at various levels on how to effectively use the CAFM system.
• Ensure accurate data input for all assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Record and maintain asset records, adhering to PPM standards (e.g., SFG20).
• Produce performance reports to identify and improve unacceptable performance levels.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in CAFM or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of asset management processes and maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation and accounting skills.
• A valid Saudi driving license.
