We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on establishing new client relationships and identifying opportunities for skilled and unskilled manpower services across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop Client Relationships: Identify and build relationships with potential clients in Saudi Arabia who require skilled and unskilled labor.
- Market Research: Conduct research and surveys to understand industry demands and recruitment trends.
- Client Meetings: Attend site visits, meetings, and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Hiring Coordination: Source CVs, schedule interviews, and assist with the hiring process for client companies.
- Negotiation and Follow-up: Actively negotiate and follow up with potential clients to finalize contracts and establish partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in business development or marketing in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Driving License: A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Iqama: A transferable Iqama is required for non-Saudi candidates.
- Nationality Preferences: Saudi, Indian, or Egyptian nationals are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, with a professional appearance.
