ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – FIT OUT

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Fit Out with strong experience in managing various aspects of fit-out projects. This role requires a candidate who can independently handle all tasks on-site, including coordination with subcontractors, MEP works, fit-out execution, and interior design. You will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery and providing cost-effective solutions for project designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of fit-out projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and designers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise the execution of MEP works and interior design tasks.
  • Review project designs and suggest cost-effective improvements.
  • Ensure that all project milestones are met within the set timeline.
  • Monitor quality and safety standards at the project site.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in fit-out project management, especially in the construction and interior design sector.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design tools.
  • Strong technical expertise in managing all project phases, including MEP works and interior fit-out.
  • Candidates should be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (preferred).
