We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Fit Out with strong experience in managing various aspects of fit-out projects. This role requires a candidate who can independently handle all tasks on-site, including coordination with subcontractors, MEP works, fit-out execution, and interior design. You will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery and providing cost-effective solutions for project designs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and designers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise the execution of MEP works and interior design tasks.
- Review project designs and suggest cost-effective improvements.
- Ensure that all project milestones are met within the set timeline.
- Monitor quality and safety standards at the project site.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fit-out project management, especially in the construction and interior design sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design tools.
- Strong technical expertise in managing all project phases, including MEP works and interior fit-out.
- Candidates should be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (preferred).
