Responsibilities:

Accountant:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update daily financial records and transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and manage other payroll-related activities.
• Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Tax and Compliance: Ensure that all financial records comply with local tax regulations and company policies. Assist with tax filings and audits.
• Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management to analyze business performance, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.

Outdoor Salesman cum Driver:

• Sales Activities: Visit potential and existing clients, introducing products and services, and generating sales opportunities.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering product recommendations.
• Driving and Deliveries: Safely drive the company vehicle to deliver products to clients in a timely manner, ensuring that all goods are delivered in good condition.
• Order Management: Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently, and follow up with clients to confirm deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Route Planning: Plan daily routes for delivery and sales calls, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimum delays.

Qualifications:

Accountant:

• Education: A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Knowledge of financial regulations, ability to prepare and interpret financial statements, and good organizational skills.
• Iqama: Must have a valid and transferable iqama.
• Language: Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.

Outdoor Salesman cum Driver:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastic industry or construction materials.
• Driving License: A valid Saudi Arabian driving license is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and knowledge of the Riyadh area.
• Iqama: Must have a valid and transferable iqama.
• Language: Good command of English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
