Job Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring a top-tier hospitality experience.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision, ensuring excellent presentation and quality.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work closely with your team to maintain operational efficiency and exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
