Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for laboratory instruments and environmental monitoring systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
• Deliver training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide field service and technical assistance to clients across various locations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support product demonstrations and customer queries.
• Maintain documentation related to service activities, repairs, and installations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of Gulf experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in laboratory instruments and environmental monitoring systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to customers.
• Valid QID and locally available for immediate joining.
