2. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Filler, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Operating Filling Equipment: Manage and operate the cylinder filling hall equipment following the LPG plant operations manual and safety guidelines.
- Cylinder Maintenance: Conduct pre-fill and post-fill checks, including pressure testing, valve repair, and maintenance of cylinder casings to ensure the safety and reliability of each cylinder.
- Cylinder Repair: Identify and repair cylinder pallets needing maintenance, including cable replacement, bar closures, and cylinder scrapping as per operational standards.

- Cylinder Handling: Safely load and unload cylinders from trucks, stack and de-stack cylinders manually, and conduct receipt and dispatch of LPG cylinders as required.
