Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager – (3 Month Project)

We are seeking experienced Supervisors and Managers with a proven track record in luxury hotels to manage restaurant and kitchen operations. This is a short-term role with immediate start and a valid QID and visa required. The employer offers full benefits, including food, accommodation, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant or kitchen operations to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
  • Train and manage staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in luxury hotels.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: Supervisor: QAR 4,500 – 5,000, Manager: QAR 7,500 – 8,000 per month.
