We are seeking experienced Supervisors and Managers with a proven track record in luxury hotels to manage restaurant and kitchen operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant or kitchen operations to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
- Train and manage staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
- Salary range: Supervisor: QAR 4,500 – 5,000, Manager: QAR 7,500 – 8,000 per month.
