Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a premium hospitality experience.
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring high presentation and quality standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on exceptional guest service.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
