We are urgently looking for a Hotel Receptionist (Male) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of hotel reception experience in GCC countries. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic and possess strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service in a hotel setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon their arrival and departure.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel’s services and facilities.
- Manage guest accounts and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception.
- Handle administrative tasks, including email communication and guest requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a hotel receptionist in a GCC country.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Transferable visa and availability to join immediately.
- Age range: 25 to 35 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
