We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our reputable Interior Design and Fit-Out company in Doha. This full-time, permanent role requires a professional with at least 4 years of project coordination experience, particularly in the interior fit-out sector. Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Oversee daily operations of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to translate designs into practical, functional spaces.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination, with at least 2 years in the interior fit-out industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3ds Max (1 year of experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with the ability to start immediately.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
