Introduction: We are urgently looking for an Operations Manager with experience in the car rental and facility management fields, as well as a Workshop In Charge/Supervisor with expertise in garage and parts management. Responsibilities:

Operations Manager:

• Oversee daily operations in car rental and facility management.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and manage the team to meet business goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve performance.
• Manage client relationships and handle customer service concerns.

Workshop In Charge/Supervisor:

• Supervise garage and parts department, ensuring quality service and operations.
• Manage workshop staff and coordinate maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain inventory of parts and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Qualifications:

• Indians preferred with 3-5 years of experience in the car rental and/or facility management industry.
• Transferable visa and valid driving license required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in garage and parts management (for Workshop In Charge/Supervisor role).
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
