Responsibilities:
- MEP Supervisors: Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP systems, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and manage a team of technicians.
- Technicians (HVAC + Electrical/Plumbing): Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.
- HVAC Technicians: Handle installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- BMS Operators: Operate and monitor building management systems (BMS) to ensure smooth and efficient building operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Gulf work experience in Facility Management.
- Relevant technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or BMS operations.
- Transferable visa is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates should have relevant work experience and a strong technical background.
