We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Facility Management team in Doha. If you have 3+ years of Gulf experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building management systems (BMS), we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
MEP Supervisors:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Manage a team of technicians and ensure all systems function optimally.
Technicians (HVAC + Electrical/Plumbing):
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure the systems meet safety and quality standards.
HVAC Technicians:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform system diagnostics and ensure proper functioning.
BMS Operators:
- Operate and maintain building management systems.
- Monitor and optimize building systems to ensure efficiency and comfort.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Gulf work experience in Facility Management.
- Transferable visa and valid work permit.
- Relevant technical certifications or training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or BMS systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
