We are seeking a Female Marketing Agent to join our Manpower Consultancy Company in Doha. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in overseas manpower recruitment and marketing in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through marketing efforts focused on corporate manpower requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote the company’s manpower recruitment services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in need of manpower solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Assist in preparing proposals and responding to client inquiries.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Achieve sales targets and generate business leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates only (Filipino/Indian/Asian Nationalities preferred).
- Must have prior experience in Qatar’s manpower recruitment industry.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and have good computer skills.
- Graduate degree holder.
- Previous experience in business marketing and corporate client engagement is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
