InFocus Computer Training Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Trainer to join our team in Doha. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Training: Deliver IT training sessions on both basic and advanced topics, focusing on programming, computer administration, and office applications.
- Develop Training Materials: Create and regularly update training resources to align with current IT trends and standards.
- Teach Core Skills: Provide instruction in programming languages such as C++, Python, and HTML, along with practical computer administration techniques.
- Microsoft Office Expertise: Guide trainees in mastering Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to enhance productivity.
- Evaluate & Provide Feedback: Assess trainee progress, offer constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest IT trends and advancements to provide up-to-date and relevant training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Core Skills: Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, basic computer administration, and proficiency in C++, Python, and HTML.
- Advanced Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience: Ideally, 0-2 years of experience in IT training or teaching (preferred but not required).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex IT topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching techniques based on individual student needs.
