Responsibilities:
Building Maintenance Supervisor:
- Oversee and manage all building maintenance operations.
- Ensure that all building systems and equipment are functioning correctly.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and monitor ongoing work to meet deadlines.
- Handle any urgent maintenance issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.
HVAC Technician:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential or commercial buildings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Respond to emergency HVAC repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Building Maintenance Supervisor: Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a real estate company.
- HVAC Technician: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot building systems and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Local candidates in Qatar are preferred.
