Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide information about hotel services, rooms, and amenities.
• Answer phone calls, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Manage reservations and handle guest check-out procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.

Qualifications:

• Male candidates preferred (Bangladeshi/Indian nationality).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a hotel receptionist in a GCC country.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• At least a graduate degree.
• Valid transferable visa.
• Age: 25 to 35 years old.
• Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and attention to detail.
