We are seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist for a hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is an urgent opening for candidates with prior receptionist experience in GCC countries.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel services.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Qualifications
- Nationality: Bangladeshi or Indian only.
- Minimum 3 years of hotel receptionist experience in a GCC country.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Education: Graduate degree (minimum).
- Visa: Transferable visa.
- Age: 25-35 years old.
