The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fire alarm systems, specifically in Qatar. Responsibilities:

As a Fire Alarm Technician/Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

Installation and Maintenance:
You will be responsible for the installation and regular maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring they are compliant with QCDD regulations.
System Testing and Troubleshooting:
You will conduct system tests to ensure that fire alarm systems are functioning correctly. This includes troubleshooting any faults and making repairs or adjustments as needed.
Compliance with Safety Standards:
Ensuring that all fire alarm installations meet QCDD requirements, you will need to keep up to date with the latest fire safety regulations and ensure the systems adhere to them.
Documentation and Reporting:
You will maintain proper records for all installations, maintenance work, and safety inspections. You will also prepare reports and communicate any issues or recommendations to management.
Collaboration with Other Teams:
You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth installation and operation of fire alarm systems.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Fire Alarm Technician/Engineer role, you will need the following qualifications:

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Fire Alarm Technician/Engineer in Qatar. You should be familiar with local safety standards and QCDD regulations.
Technical Skills:
You should possess solid knowledge of fire alarm systems, including installation, programming, and troubleshooting.
Licensing:
A transferable visa and a Qatar driving license are required for this position.
Education and Training:
A degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred. Certification in fire alarm systems would be a plus.
