Data Base Officer Job In Qatar

We are looking for a Database Officer to manage and maintain accurate product and vendor databases. This role also provides key support in buying, personal assistance, and secretarial tasks in our retail operations. If you’re highly organized with strong Excel skills and the ability to multitask effectively, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product and vendor databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the buying team with sourcing and supplier coordination.
  • Provide personal assistance to senior management, handling daily tasks.
  • Manage calendars, emails, and meetings for executives.
  • Prepare presentations and maintain records for key business operations.
  • Handle secretarial duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-2 years in administrative roles, with experience in database management.
  • Strong skills in Excel and preparing presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Locally available candidates with the ability to join immediately are preferred.
