A reputed private firm in Qatar is seeking a Female Customer Service Executive with strong communication skills and at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be ready to join immediately, possess a valid NOC, and be proficient in handling customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and address their inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a calm and effective manner.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and other customer-related tasks.
  • Keep customer records updated and organized in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in customer relations and problem-solving.
  • NOC (No Objection Certificate) required for immediate joining.
  • Indians preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
