We are hiring Kitchen Staff to work across various kitchen stations. If you have experience in food preparation and kitchen operations, join our team and help maintain high standards of food quality and service.
Job Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the Chef de Partie, taking full responsibility for your assigned station.
- Ensure that the quality and quantity of food prepared meet established standards.
- Organize and maintain the dishwashing area for smooth operations.
- Perform mis en place and food prep duties.
- Rotate through stations such as Grill, Fryer, Oven, Salad, Sandwich, Dessert, and Coffee.
- Handle opening, closing, and handover tasks.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Locally available in Qatar.
- Must have a valid QID and passport.
- 3-4 years of experience in food preparation or kitchen roles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
