Mecton Al Laith, a prominent name in the Oil & Gas sector, is hiring for several positions in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team in the following roles: Scaffolding Supervisor, HSE Officer, MEP Draughtsman, Civil Supervisor, Scaffolding Design Engineer, and Certified Electrical Professional (approved by Shell GTL). Responsibilities

• Scaffolding Supervisor:
  • Oversee and manage scaffolding work on-site.
  • Ensure all scaffolding installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• HSE Officer:
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide safety training and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• MEP Draughtsman:
  • Prepare detailed MEP drawings for projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
  • Update drawings as needed based on project changes.
• Civil Supervisor:
  • Supervise civil construction work, ensuring projects meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Communicate with project managers to report progress.
• Scaffolding Design Engineer:
  • Design scaffolding solutions based on project requirements.
  • Ensure scaffolding designs meet safety and structural standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other engineers to implement designs.
• Certified Electrical Professional:
  • Manage electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with Shell GTL standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support for electrical systems on-site.

Qualifications

• Scaffolding Supervisor:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision.
  • Strong understanding of safety and scaffolding regulations.
• HSE Officer:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles.
  • Certification in Occupational Health & Safety is preferred.
• MEP Draughtsman:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Civil Supervisor:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
• Scaffolding Design Engineer:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in scaffolding design.
  • Ability to work with engineering software and perform structural calculations.
• Certified Electrical Professional:
  • Must be certified by Shell GTL.
  • Experience in electrical installations and maintenance in Oil & Gas environments.
